Bequest
Matt and Sandie have been long-time supporters, volunteers, and members of the Eugene Family YMCA. Their legacy gift reflects their belief in the power of the Y to strengthen families and build a healthier community for generations to come.
- Matt: "The Y has always been a big part of our family's story. We've seen firsthand how it brings people together, supports kids, and strengthens our community. When we started thinking about our legacy, it was an easy decision to include the Y in our will"
- Sandie: "We want to help carry the mission forward - not just for our family, but for all families in our community. It feels good knowing that our bequest will continue to make a difference long after we're gone."
- Matt: "As someone who's both an attorney and a Y board member, I know how straightforward this process can be. The Y provided simple sample language, and our planned gift will help ensure future generations have access to the same opportunities, support, and sense of belonging that have meant so much to us."
